What is Hypnotherapy?
If you have ever gone to sleep, you can go into trance. It is in that place between slumber and wakefulness. If you have ever driven your car somewhere, all the while thinking about things that exist in another place and time, and then somehow arrived at your driven-to destination, you have been in trance!
With Hypnotherapy, you are invited to focus your mind on certain images, sounds or feelings. With the guidance of the hypnotherapist, you tap into your subconscious mind. You are fullly aware of being in the room, with your guide, and you are always in the driver's seat. You cannot be forced to do or say anything you would not otherwise. It is a creative act and is often pleasant and relaxing.
Hypnotherapy taps into deeper states to access the subconscious mind where many of our deepest patterns and beliefs reside. This is where we get to transform ourselves in infinite, postive ways.
