Why We Toast
Have you ever thought about why we say "cheers" and chink glasses when we celebrate? The explanation is really quite fun, and goes back to the ancient wisdom of our ancestors.
For those who read last month's newsletter, you will remember that we talked about Masaru and his amazing water experiments. Water holds an 'energy', so to speak, of the intention around it, whether that is expressed in words, music or prayer.
There is another branch of this sort of research. The planet is covered by what is thought to be an energy grid, rather like a web of crisscrossed straight lines that run under the ground. These 'ley' lines apparently have a higher electromagnetic reading than areas surrounding them. Most sacred sites and religious buildings on our planet have been built right on top of these lines, evidently on purpose and for good reason. There is amazing power available on, and near, leylines.
So, it has been found that when you place a rock on a leyline, the stone takes on the higher electromagnetic frequency of that area. You take the rock away, and the magnetic force leaves it. However, clunking or hitting the stone while it's on the leyline causes it to retain that electromagnetic energy - forever.
Now, back to water, and the knowledge that it takes on the energy of our spoken or thought intention... When we have liquid in a glass, and we hold it up, saying 'cheers' or 'happy days' or any such positive affirmation, we have imbued the water in that liquid with that positive frequency. We then chink the glasses together, thus ensuring that the positive intention is within the water forever. We drink the liquid along with that positive intention, and our very being is infused with the higher frequency. That intent is able to literally live through us!
Our ancient civilizations knew many things that scientists today are just rediscovering... The next time you make a toast and chink your glass against another, think about what you are stating, and savor the wonderful ability to drink in, for all time, the very energy of what you affirm.
